Holy Disruption: Discovering Advent in the Gospel of Mark
This Advent, make room for what matters most.
Before the calendar fills with Christmas preparations, set aside time to nurture your faith and reflect on the hope of Christ’s coming.
Join Rev. Jake Van Pernis for Holy Disruption: Discovering Advent in the Gospel of Mark, a five-week study based on Tracy S. Daub's book. Together, we’ll explore how God meets us in unexpected ways—and what it means to welcome Christ into our everyday lives.
Drawing on Mark’s Gospel and Grace’s Sunday worship, each week offers an opportunity to pause, ask questions, and have meaningful conversations. You’ll prepare for Christmas alongside others who want to grow in faith and experience the season more deeply.
Whether you’re new to Grace or have been part of the congregation for years, you’re invited to join us.
