Serve

Serve

At Grace Presbyterian Church, service is at the heart of who we are.
From worship and hospitality to outreach and special events, Grace thrives because of those who share their time, gifts, and energy in service to others.

Nearly 190 people volunteer in Grace ministries, projects, and events — and we’re always excited to welcome new participants into this meaningful work. Whether you’re able to help occasionally or serve regularly, your involvement helps make Grace a vibrant and caring community of faith..

Why Serve?

Serving others is one of the most meaningful ways to live out your faith. It offers the opportunity to:

  • Build relationships within the Grace community

  • Share your skills and discover new ones

  • Make a real difference in the life of the church and beyond

  • Plus, studies have shown that volunteers live longer, healthier lives

Ways To Serve

  • Ministries, programs and projects at Grace are overseen by 10 committees of Session: These committees are served by members and adherents of the congregation who have interest in the ministry of a particular committee and are able to meet typically once per month, by Zoom or in-person. There is a regular rotation of membership and there are currently opportunities for service in a number of these committees.
