Grace Presbyterian Church gratefully receives online donations through CanadaHelps. Your generosity sustains the ministries of Grace, enabling us to serve both our congregation and the broader Calgary community.

  • Please mail or drop off your cheque at the church office.

Ways to Make a Legacy Gift

There are several ways to include Grace Presbyterian Church in your charitable and estate planning.

  • You may leave a specific amount, a percentage of your estate, or the remainder of your estate to Grace Presbyterian Church.

  • Grace may be named as a beneficiary of an RRSP, RRIF, TFSA, life insurance policy, or other eligible account.

  • You may name Grace Presbyterian Church as the beneficiary of a new or existing life insurance policy.

  • Donating eligible stocks, bonds, or mutual funds can be a tax-efficient way to give. In many cases, donors receive a charitable tax receipt for the value of the securities while avoiding capital gains tax on the donated assets

  • Legacy giving does not need to begin with an estate. A gift made today can allow you to see the difference your generosity makes in the life of the church and the wider community.

The Grace Legacy Fund

Grace Presbyterian Church has been a spiritual home to generations of people—offering worship, care, connection, and support through many of life’s most meaningful moments. The Grace Legacy Fund was established to help ensure that this ministry continues for generations to come.

Contributions are invested through The Calgary Foundation to generate sustainable, long-term income. The principal remains intact, while the income supports Grace’s ministries, programs, and ongoing building care.

A gift to the Grace Legacy Fund is an investment in the future of Grace Presbyterian Church and its ability to serve the congregation and wider Calgary community. Through planned gifts, memorial gifts, or other contributions, donors can help create a strong financial foundation and a lasting legacy of faith, generosity, and community.

A simple way to honour, celebrate, and care for others

Worship Service Flowers are more than a beautiful addition to our Sanctuary—they are a meaningful way to share love, remembrance, and encouragement within our community. Each arrangement is placed in worship on your chosen Sunday and then delivered to members of our Grace family who are homebound, recovering, or grieving—bringing beauty, encouragement, and a tangible reminder that they are not alone.

You may choose to sponsor flowers in honour of or in memory of a loved one. Whether quiet or celebratory, your gift becomes part of both worship and pastoral care.

Rob serves as Grace’s Treasurer and is usually in the office most mornings. A former teacher and certified accountant, he brings both skill and dedication to his role. Rob’s commitment reflects the spirit of stewardship at Grace — offering time, talent, and treasure in service to our church community.
