Volunteer Appreciation Day, April 19
Dates: Wednesdays, April 19
Time: 10:30–1:00 pm.
Location: Grace Sanctuary
Grace pauses to give thanks.
On Sunday, April 19, Grace Presbyterian Church will celebrate Volunteer Appreciation Sunday, honouring the many hands and hearts that bring life to our ministry each week.
This year’s theme, “It takes many hands to make Grace-full,” will be shared through a special display recognizing the dedication, care, and service of volunteers across our community. From welcoming at the doors to serving behind the scenes, every act of care helps create a place of hope, belonging, and connection.
Volunteers will also be recognized with special treats from Glamorgan Bakery—a small expression of gratitude for the generous ways time and talent are shared. During worship, words of thanks will be offered from the pulpit as our pastors acknowledge the faithful service woven into every part of Grace’s life.
If you volunteer at Grace, we invite you to wear your Grace Volunteer t-shirt to worship so we can personally and visibly celebrate you on this special day.
This Sunday offers a glimpse of the incredible number of individuals who give so generously. Grace is deeply grateful for all who serve, helping make this a place where faith is lived and shared.
