Construction Progress - April 12

The following renovation work is ongoing at Grace: A half bathroom connected to Grace’s office has been removed. The removal of the bathroom has expanded the office space next door, currently the office of Rob McDonald, which is awaiting new flooring and a fresh coat of paint by the end of the month. Grace’s office has also received a fresh coat of paint.

A portion of the concrete entryway outside of Grace’s North Chapel door has been removed so emergency repairs of the pipe, installed in 1962, can be made prior to the new washrooms being constructed. Grace’s North Chapel door will not be accessible until the repair is completed. Plumbers are expected to begin repairs on the pipe the week of April 13, and once the pipe repairs are complete, new concrete will be poured for the entryway. Grace’s West Chapel doors will serve as the alternate entrance while work is being done on the North Chapel doors.

Updates on construction start dates and process will continue to be provided in a timely manner. Thank you for your patience and support as the renovation and transformation of Grace Space continue.
