We’re opening our doors to the community for a morning of food, connection, and welcome — and it only happens because of you.
We’re building the volunteer team this week.
Even one hour makes a real difference
Hundreds of people from our neighbourhood will come through our doors for pancakes, conversation, and connection.
What they experience that morning is shaped by the people serving them.
Where can you help?
There’s a place for everyone — no special skills required.
Setup (7:30–9:00 AM)
Tables, signage, and getting everything ready before guests arriveHospitality (9:00–11:00 AM)
Welcome guests, serve food, and help people feel at homeKids Activities (9:00–11:00 AM)
Games, face painting, and simple activitiesSupport & Care (9:00–11:00 AM)
General help, accessibility support, and keeping things running smoothlyCleanup (11:00 AM–12:00 PM)
Takedown, reset, and finishing strong
Whether you can give an hour or the whole morning, you’re needed
